Min-stay is foreseen for some periods of the year

Prices include: utilities (except for air conditioning where provided), bed and bathroom sheets and towels (weekly change), "welcome breakfast" within the apartment / room.

Final cleaning: 40 Euros for more than 3 days stay.

Lunch and Dinner: for lunch (only on Saturday and Sunday) or for dinner (all days except for Monday), our clients, if desired, can go to a small restaurant ("trattoria") next to us where average price is 15-20 € (reservation needed, or prepare the meal on their own in the apartments (only for Apartments).

N.B.: Check-in: from 16 to 19 (different times have to be agreed and an extra cost of 20 Euros will be applied)
Check-out: by 10.30; different time will be evaluated case by case and agreed in advance

SPECIAL CONDITIONS & DISCOUNTS:

a. Weekly stay: Up to 25% discount (already included in the table above)
b. More than 3 nights: Up to 10% discount
c. More than 7 days: to be evaluated case by case

Services: Swimming pool (10x6m wide and 1,20m deep), from June to September (free of charge); Basket, Tennis and Tennis-table (free of charge);Horse backriding (payment on site).
Swimming pool can have time restrictions in case of events at the Tenuta in some days.

ADDITIONAL INFO:

1. Additional bed:
20 €/day, for Apt x 2, max 2+1 people
15 €/day, for Apt x 4, max 4+1 people
2. Air conditioning (only 1st floor apartment) : during the summer, we offer up to 4 hours of usage per day; additional usage is charged
3. Sheets: changed weekly; if additional sheets are required, the cost is 5 Euros per person
4. Pets: NOT accepted.
5. Horse riding: 20€ per 45 minutes lesson per person
6. Wood for chimney: 5 € per box, cleaning mandatory.

NOTES:

1. Children up to 3 years do NOT pay
2. Weekly stay starts on Saturday
3. Cradles available upon request and on availability

RESERVATION AND PAYMENT TERMS :

Reservation is considered confirmed only when the client receives our confirmation by e-mail.
At reservation, down payment is needed for a 50% of total amount.

PAYMENT METHOD:

The client, at reservation, can choose one of the following payment methods:

Credit card (Visa / Mastercard), sending by mail or fax credit card number, type and expiring date (form to be filled will be sent to the client at reservation).
At reservation, 50% of the total cost will be charged, as down payment.

CANCELLATION:

The client can cancel his reservation via mail or fax within 60 days of his arrival; a penalty is charged to the client, as follows:

50% of total amount, if cancellation is between 60 and 30 days before reservation start date
100% of total amount, if cancellation is later than this terms.
